Altima Coupe brakes, DO NOT REPLACE pads before reading!!!

I bought my coupe in November of 2007, After over a year of having it my brakes starting making a squeaking noise at slow speeds. I thought i was going to have to replace my brakes and then found out their was a service bulletin about this. I called my dealership and told them, they fought me a little bit on this and said my car may apply to this but they would have to check. I proceded to tell them I did apply and they made me an appointment. Too make a long story short, once at the dealership i told them i hear the noise from the front and rear brakes. I ended up getting the front and rear brake pads and calipers replaced. Saved me all kinds of money!!!!

yeah i know people knew about the front pads and calipers, but the service bulletin did not say anythign regarding the rears. Just trying to help out for those who didnt know like myslef.

I did not know either, my car has been doing the same thing. But I don't even have 8000 miles on my car yet...

Same problem. Bought mine last June, i don't know the production number but i noticed the first squeak around 10k miles. its been and on and off thing and i am about to hit 13k miles. the dealer said just bring it in for your 15k service and they would take a look.
