Sounds nice. Where'd you get it? Didn't think it was available yet. More pics!

used a hook up the nissan dealership owed me for getting my owners manual and second key to me 2 weeks late. I asked them if nissan offered any performance parts for the car. Just so happened they had a borla exhaust system in the back but they were about to put it on an altima on the lot. I asked the owner to give me first dibs on it and pay him for it since they ****ed away my "car buying experience". and i got it

Yea i mean lets see how the production one sounds too. This borla is custom made for that 3.5SE. Maybe the production model will sound a little different?

You also have to keep in mind that the exhaust is new. There will be a break-in period and the sound will change a little. I added a Stillen on my old SE-R and really didn't like the sound of it at first. About 2 weeks later, the sound mellowed out and had a lower rumble to it, which I liked. I'm sure this Borla's sound will change a bit after a couple of weeks.

Can we see some more shots of it?

Just want to see how it adds to the rear of the car cosmetically.

I e-mailed Borla this morning and just got a responce. They said the system for the AC is being developed and should be on the market in 60-90 days. I have really been looking forward to this being a performance option.

how will a silencer affect performance? I don't want it to sound too big

Silencer? I'm pretty sure the Borla doesn't come with a silencer. Only those tin can ricer canister mufflers with the huge 4" tips have those silencers because they really need it.

The sound isn't too bad, consider your camera is up that close, and the sound quality from a youtube video still isn't high quality. Overall, I bet it sounds great and after a few runs, it'll sound richer?

You think you can record a new one, as the sound changes? :p

Definitly good to have more pics and another vid. Still sounds slightly raspy/aggressive for me. I'd really like to hear it under a load while standing behind the car, but realize i'd have to come visit you. Can i buy you a beer? LOL

i paid 1000 for the exhaust and my buddy has an 05 g35 with the same exhaust system and he was impressed with the sound it created as opposed to his.

and i never drove any other A/C so i cant really compare to anything.

I LOVE IT! I've always thought Borla sounded nice!

...I was stupid to think that I would never mod my Coupe...

...so now I'm saving up for an exhaust and intake....
