Altima Coupe and Sentra Struts and Shocks

These are off b15's I think, or one of the sentras... Those are the same part numbers from the Altima coupe!

Would I be able to use any shock/strut thats direct fit for the sentras on my Altima without issue? The only place that makes replacement for the altima coupe is KYB and I would really like to get a Koni or something like that...

1. will it fit?
2. what could be a possible side effect

If it's the same part number I don't see why not.

The Koni's for the B15 require a lot of modification to the housing to make work, it was popular back in the early B15 day but not so much now .

I don't see any side effects if the part numbers are exactly the same. Are these Nissan part numbers?
