The 350z/370z killed off any hopes of an Altima convertible. 
Then again....the wacked out Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet was created.

The convertible Altima definitely appears to be a photo-shop 
It would be a slick if a person actually modified a coupe to be a convertible using parts from the G37 convertible.
