I have a 2007 Altima sedan, thinking about doing an 2012 coupe front end conversion......my question is, I know it's the hood, fenders, headlights, grill and foglights but is that all?

Welcome to NICO Club!

I'm not sure and hope others will know and chime in. I'd suspect you'd need some of the 2012 brackets and supports that are behind the body parts like the bumper, maybe the foam core as well... and paint. Gotta paint it all when you're done!
