Altima 2.5 S Coupe w/ 18" 350z Wheels?

Looking at buying a set of 18" 350z wheels. They are from a 2005 350z and are mint w/ only 500-800 miles on the wheels and tires. They have been stored in a garage and the guy sold his Z, so the wheels need to go. Stats on the 350z wheels are below. Will these work on my 2008 2.5 S Altima Coupe? I figure I will run the stock rear tires for a while, then later switch them to 22/45/18 to make the front. I might lower my altima 1-1.5" sooner or later so not sure if rubbing could be an issue or not? Let me know what you think.

yeah im pretty sure 350z Wheels should fit on ur car. I have seen pics of them on altimas and they look awesome. There are also some pics on this forum if you search fo them.
