Altima 02, Rear stop lights always on??

Hello, im new to this forum and i just bought a 2002 3.5 SE altima, the airbags are deployed and the air bag light is on, also the rear stop lights are always ON, so i have to disconnect the battery.Any comments?

id suggest checking the brake switch, its on the brake pedal itself... Make sure the switch isnt bad or stuck.

You might have a bad bulb. If I'm not mistaken, the bulb has two filaments (one for parking light and one for brake). If the two are touching, it can make the bulb stay on all the time. It's worth a look.
