alternator tensioner pulley

pulley came rolling out from under the car last night. Went and bought a replacement, i am on the install but the pulley is rubbing the mount. Am i missing a shim? What am i doing wrong?

The part number is 11925-66U02. The ones from local part store usually are wrong in size.

Will have to run and check the box. Looks identical but only came as the pulley. No hardware like the silver shim

And while your here, my signal relay is constantly clicking. I do have signal lights when i do use the switch on the column but goes back to clicking. Is this my switch itself? Possibly the hazard switch?

Actually the silver part is the duet guard is it not? i do have the right pulley but it is rubbing its housing for the mount

There is supposed to be a 1/4" alignment spacer behind the pulley itself.

Okay. Is it supposed tp come with the new pulley? Seeing as mine came with no hardware

I have never purchased a pulley, so I honestly have no idea. I may have a spare set of hardware, on one of my parts VHs, I will check the garage tonight.
