WHen I park my I35 overnight and start in the morning when temp is below 40 degrees all the lights on the dash are on indicating alternator is not charging. Also the belt squeels and makes noise when trying to turn steering wheel. The belt turns etc, it's like the alternator is freezing or something. Anyone ever had this issue? After driving down the road like 4-5 miles everything goes to normal.

You may need to check the tension on the belts, and possibly replace them if needed.

have you checked the battery and made the terminals are clean?

If so the next step would be to check if the alternator is generated enough
current to charge the battery. There is a procedure for this in the
FSM
