Alternator(s) Not Charging

SR. so i went to turn my car on and batt was dead. so i jumped it and the alternator was not charging at all. i really didnt think it was the alternator but i everything else seemed fine. I checked the power from batt and the connection on the alternator. anyways i changed the alternator and it still doesnt work. All wires tightened. Alternator fuse good. The plug that goes into the alternator has one positive and one negative when the key is out and both are positive when the key is on ON.

Hopefully its something stupid i overlooked while getting eatin alive my misquettoes (s/c). So lemmie know what to look for.
