alternator re3placement

Sup guys, just the other day my alternator burned out on me. im in the proses of getting it out but im having trouble getting the plug in the back of the alternator out, on top of the im having a hell of a time gettiung it out of the bottom of the motor compartment. i was just wondering if any of you have replaced one and had any easy tips for mr so i can hurry up and get back on the road. ive already tryeds saerching and came up with nothing, so any info wouls be of great help.thanks guys and take it easy.Jon

hey, i did mine like 3 times and it takes like 20mins max to unhook everything and pull it out, and its faster to put back in. Jack the car up, go under it and remove the black bottom sheild piece. u will see what im talking about. then u just pull it out from under there. Move it around by the fan and it should just pull right out.

i didnt jack my car at all. jus took off belts and fan w/ relative ease to put the alternator on.

loosten the sway bar bushing and pull the bar out the way
