sorry to revive an old post but i just wanted to add some answers incase someone searches in the future, they can find a answer
so here is what the problem was, the B wire coming from the alternator which looks like a groundwire ( why nissan choose this is beyond me ) was grounded to the block, i connected it to the fuse box and voila, it is all good, had to open the lower harness to figure it out but it is done, here is a link to the pics, i have everything explained in the pics, the link is incase the pics wont uploadhttp://
