3 months ago my car had electrical issues. so i bought a reman alternator and brand new battery.before i swapped the old to the new, i got rid of all my accessories such as radio, alarm, neons, etc. everything gone to be sure no electrical draw.checked all fuses...checked out ok.
I installed the new alternator and battery and it worked for 3 months.3 days ago my 240 died as soon as i got home.i got my battery and had it recharged at a local shop and checked out ok. bought a multimeter. today, i checked the battery alone it reads out 12.1 v. connected to the car battery terminal it reads 12.0v. with the car turned on it still reads 12.0 volts.
I checked my fuses and its ok. tried the multimeter on the port for the alternator fuse. without the fuse it reads 12.1v. BUT with the car turned on it shows 0v. i have tried changing the alternator fuse too and it had the same results.
my alternator only had 3 month warranty...
Could it be my alternator is shot up again even though its only 3 months old?
Should the alternator fuse have some current going through when the car is turned on?
ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.....

Well if your driving it every day that would mean your altenator is good,(unless you have to put the battery on a charger every night also

The having to push start just sounds like a starter issue for w/e reason lol

I think my alternator charging system is not working. Is there another way soni could fix it? Only reason why im push starting the car is because the battery keeps draining.
thanks for your advice.appreciate it.

check your grounds; from the alternator to the harness, and from the motor to the chassis.
