Alternator issue

Alternator started making a big racket, so went and had it rebuiltnow it makes the same noise that changes with RPMs until I drive the car for a bit and it warms up, then the noise stopsAny ideas?I took it back to the guy but by the time I get there, the cars nice and warm so it sounds perfect when he was looking at itVoltage and all that is perfect when he tested it, but he obviously tested it while the car was warmDo I have anything to worry about?

what kind of sound is it making? I don't want to really state the obvious..but if its a squealing or very high pitch noise..its probably the belt.

Er, yeah I meant to clarify thatit sounds like an electric whine, i dont have anything to take a sound byte of itim pretty sure its not belt squeal, and my girlfriends dad gave me a reassurance that it is indeed my alternator
