Alternator help

new alternator not charging battery. Have checked EVERYTHING. Anyone else have this problem?? btw, New battery also. Good ground, good fuses

I have had alternators pass the bench test at Autozone etc and still not charge the battery....go buy an alternator from a reputable firm....many times the internal diode set is not working correctly and doesnt get replaced during cheap rebuilds....take the alternator to a reputable auto electric shop to be tested, not autozone....

Nissan OEM alternators (either new or old) work best on J's. Aftermarket and cheap alternators are known to have problems or cause problems. This is a well documented issue with J30's.
