What alternator hardware can i use on my s13 sr? I have the bracket but need the tensioner bolt and other mounting stuff.

the hardware should be the same as the s13 KA. You should be able to use that.

Im basing it on the fact that I was able to bolt an S13 KA alternator to my s14 SR and all I had to do was drill the tensioner bolt hole threads out. I would figure that it works both ways.
