So long story short I had an... issue with the alt. After jumping the car and not able to stay on, I've since replaced the alternator. After I put the new OEM one in from z1,(tt alt, 10 amp difference, shouldn't be an issue), I tried to start the car. Hooked up cables and the high's start flashing on and off, anti-theft. Played with some things, car wouldn't start, unplugged the anti-theft fuse from in the engine bay, car started right up but ran like s***, on 5 cylinders. Put the anti-theft back in while car was running, instantly back up on all 6. Interior lights wouldn't work, neither would the radio. Guessing battery. This anti-theft thing has me really confused. Anyone have any input?
