hey guys I'm trying to get my front cover off of my ka24e and I can't get the bolt to loosin on the alternator belt pully. I'm wondering if I'm doin it wrong but is that the right bolt that I'm supposed to loosin when I adjust the pully to take the belt off? or is there some other bolt that I use to do it. cuz right now its just turning the pully with the bolt and its not going anywhere

there's one bolt that's parallel to the direction of the nut holding the alternator pulley. you need to loosen that, along with the bolt at the bottom of the alternator to get the alternator to rotate when you loosen the tensioner bolt.
