I don't think so. I also didn't need to jack the car up either.
I suggest first removing the front plastic underbody panel and the plastic/rubber unit that connects the air filter/MAF assembly to the throttle bodies.
The AC pulley lock-nut and adjusting bolt are the easiest to access from above.
Loosen/torque the PS lock-nut from above. Working from below I used a 12mm socket on a mini extension on a 1/4 drive ratchet to move the PS adjusting bolt. The PS unit really didn't want to move easily, in part due to the the stiff hoses attached to it.
Again working from below, access the Alternator lock-nut from the backside of the bracket.
I just finished tightening the three belts and it sure was/is hot outside. Good luck.
