I found this on an aussie skyline site, pretty nice chart. enjoy

oh and don't forget, 15psi from a GT2530 is different than 15psi from a gt3037. Think about how much power you actually want and how long or short of a spool time you can live with.

can i add to this? say i have a 25 and i want to make 400 - 450 at the wheels. i have all the supporting mods and i want a relatively fast spool. what are my options? i have a hard time figuring this out because i dont know the PS - HP ratio.. sorry, i am the suck.

you want a gt30r with a .8x ar turbine housing.you'll see full boost a hair before 4k and it will pull to redline and make 400hp easy on lowish boost (i pulled 387 on 17psi and its a 20) .

Get a manual boost controller and crank it up to 13psi

cool man. definately something ill start looking into. i am a bit ahead of myself here because the motorset is still sitting on a shelf. a few more parts and ill have it installed.. just in time for snow .

but im buying parts based on what i want out of it in the future. if that makes any sence. im planning ahead.

i was running a .86 ar t4 30r on my 25 and made pretty good power and quick spool, well not compared to stock. now im running a .86 ar gt35r and its a littel more laggy, but doesnt die off up top like the 30r did

with the 30r, when did boost fall off? what RPM. im really shooting for 450 at the wheels. but anywhere between 400-450 would be nice. so you say the 35r lags a litte more? when do you see full boost? thanks man.

was that turbo a *true* gt30r?chances are if it was a t4 footprint gt30r then it really wasnt a real 30r.on my setup it comes on to boost quickly and hits full boost round 4.5kish and contiunes to make insane boost to redline with NO drop off.there are unfortunately a number of turbos that tout them selves as a 30r, but unless the turbo is twin ball bearing, ported compressor shroud, has a t3 flange, and has 6 blades on the wheel then its not a 30r.

Do all these turbos mount up to the stock manifold?

I am about to get my RB25DET for my S-13 berfore I drop it in I am switching the pistons and rods, injectors, cams, and valves, and a couple more small things. My goal is to be running around the 500 hp + range. Will that Garrett GT30R still run in that range or should I start looking into a bigger turbo. If so you got any suggestions I want something that can spool up fast with little or no lag and won't drop off at higher RPMS. Thanks for your help!

How much power are you making and what do you get full boost by ?Are you having any oil problems at higher RPMS (what do you rev to) ?

you wont safley. do it correctly or dont do it at all. stressing your injectors is a bad idea that can have BAD consequences.

Is that a good deal? Will it fit on the stock 25 manifold?
