Alternative parts on the A/C

Hey guys, this question might sound mad dumb, but do you think parts from g35/350z will fit on the A/C?

My friend with a 350 just bought tein springs and installed them so his stock ones are off, and he wanted to put them on my car. It's gunna be a while before we try this because I live in MD and go to school, and the shop he uses is in VA. So before I actually try it, how many of you guys think it'll fit? How much do you think it'll drop? He's a mechanic btw, any other mech heads think its a good idea?

I do believe that there might be some aesthetic parts that will fit from the G35...(the 350z is too different IMO) as LBC said....stay away from parts that will compromise the safety and integrity of the drivability of the coupe (ie suspension, steering, etc)
