For access the alternator is going to need to be removed, a hole drilled through the center of the broken stud, and an easy-out bit will be used to remove the stud. Not a big deal to R&R a broken bolt but in the Q's case you need to pay 4-6 hours labor to have the alternator removed and reinstalled. I'm not familiar with the active components but having to work around the extra lines has got to put you near the 6 hour mark for this job.
