Alpine Amplifier

I was just able to get my hands on an Alpine MRP-F300 Amplifier 4x50RMS... for $120 bucks... i was curious as to whether you all think i should put it in... i have an Alpine CDA-9886 headunit and Infinity 6022i's all around... if i decide not to put in the amp im going to sell it on ebay, because its brand new, in box... just curious as to what you all think... would it be worth it?

also, any idea of how/where to mount it?! i was thinking the back of the back seat but i have no idea how i would mount it, and if not there, any other ideas?... also, would i need to take out the back seats to get the wires to the front of the car? i found this thing from JL Audio that is like one wire with 9 inside, 4 pairs for speakers and a remote turn on lead... so any help or advice would be awesome =]
