It just popped up on my steam Update News...I WANTNOWMass Effect and Spies...how can it lose?I've read a little bit and so far everyone has had nothing but good things to say about it.

I saw the thing on steam but didn't click it because the cover art looks like something from a budget title.

Google tells me it's an Obsidian game, though, which is promising (obsidian is composed of most of the team behind the original Fallout titles, plus Baldur's Gate and NWN among other successful series).

It looks like a Bourne Identity ripoff. 3rd person melee combat doesn't really appeal to me and stealth games in general tend to be poorly balanced and badly paced. But maybe this one will stand apart...

Well it seems to use the exact same formula as Mass Effect except it takes place in Modern Day and involves spies...I thought Baldur's Gate was Bioware...Black Isle did Planescape: Torment and other stuff.

Oh, read your post wrong...yeah, obsidian sprang from bioware...

Yeah BG was bioware (as was NWN) but Black Isle worked with them on many of the games in both series.

Just watched some developer diaries on this game and it looks like it could be fun.
