Well, I bought my CA like a month ago and also bought all of the parts I'd need to install it. Basically the only thing left to do is install the damn thing! But I just started a new job and I have to wait 3 weeks till i get my 1st paycheck and then when i get that check I owe people alot of money so im gonna pay them back. Then 2 weeks after that when I get my next check I need to find an apartment. So much stuff going on~

What I'm getting at is, that when i finally get a chance to actually install its going to be a long time from now and I dont want the hassle of having weeks of downtime with my car. I have no one around here that knows anything about 240's, let alone SR's and CA's. I dont want to get caught in the middle of the swap and not have any form of transportation. So I've been contemplating the idea of just selling everything, Motor, parts and Car. Maybe its just me but I cant figure out what to do.

yea I know, and they're great to talk to and all, but I think Im gonna need someone actually help me w/ the swap, like hands on. Its cool that I can ask you all questions and get help that way, but its just not practical time wise.

thanks quest....

well the front ones are from NOPI and the front side are from a ml300 Mercedes sidemarkers ($10 for both), Suspension is Apexi World Damper system, ride quality is better than any other modified import i've been in.

Hey man,

Keep your engine and complete what you've started! It's even more discouraging to hear you have drama because you've searched around for that harness, ecu, etc for a while. Can't someone close to him just help him out? I would love to, but of course I live in Miami and I can't begin to explain to my woman that I'm going to Virginia to help a fellow enthusiast make his car go Vroooom;) she ain't buying it unless there was some money worth travelling for and doing that it really isn't!

Thanks boost for the confidence to go on. I guess I will just wait it out and just put it in when my resources let me. And yea, I'll still need to get those 2 items off of you but like I said it'll be a few weeks. Take it easy man.

Jon, that'd be awesome if I could get you down here to help out with the swap. I might have a friend who will let us use his garage with air tools and a lift to make things a whole lot easier. But yea, we're looking at about late june but I'll let you know a definate date when I find out! Take care.
