well after a fortune and a hard lesson learned not to trust anyone its about done. cams will be here friday and the ecu from rs enthapy the following tuesday. everthing seems to be good so far very nervous about the first start.

looks sick, but what did you paint your bay with... it would have been cleaner looking of it would have been glossy, looks rusty

i hope you put a valve cover on your head while you wait for the cams to come in. not bolted down but atleast sitting on there

well as soon as i hear the engine run im going to take it back out and pain and clean everything up. the car actually dosent have a spec of rust on it. and no the valve cover is usually sitting on it. i know it sounds like a ton of work but at this point i really need to just hear it run before i spend any money incase i need it for something else. when i made the trade it was supposed to need a headgasket injectors and ecu but you know how that go 3000 later and im still not done. but when its running it will be worth it.

well its running, im shocked at how well. i have a few bugs to work out but it sounds great.

smokes 1st thru 4th as soon as boost builds
started on the first try
dosent tap , knock, or smoke

still no iacv
no temp , tach, or speedo and fuel is pegged above full
cluster lights flicker almost in a sequence when the running or headlights are on

well everything is working but the interior lights and the speedo but the speedo is moving so im going to assume its the senser that is bad,
