I think they're some crappy BFGoodrich all seasons. The rear driver's side tire is pretty low on tread also. I'm already looking to buy some G35 rims and Sumitomo HTR Z III's.Jesda wrote:What kind of tires are you riding on?
The dude who I bought the car from told me he thought the handling was great. I hope he was just saying that so he could make a sale, or else I assume he's never driven anything else that actually handled well.Q45tech wrote:Remember 94 Q came oem with 200 wear index soft fast weaing tires.Using longer lasting long wearing tires will get you in these situations every time.Worn out rear shocks without rebound control.
I love doing that! Since I've got these new Michs I can't do it anymore. Sure was fun on those old slick Goodyears I had.DoinkMobb wrote:The road was barely damp, no standing water anywhere, just a little wet. I made a left hand turn into the innermost lane and the back kept rotating. Whoooaaa, back off the gas and steer.
Rebuilding the suspension is on my list of things to do. I did a search and found a list of suspension parts that I'll most likely need to replace. I'll have to wait a few months to peform a rebuild however, since we just bought a new house and need to perform a domicile rebuild first.Q45tech wrote:Besides rebuilding ALL the suspension, check the functionality of the VLSD.
Good stuff! I have done that many times. Good luck in doing it in a few months... you should post some before and after pics and posts in our Around the House Forum. I have a thread there on my kitchen tile. It took me over a year to do a rehab, but I tend to move at a snail's pace when there's hard manual labor involved.DoinkMobb wrote:we just bought a new house and need to perform a domicile rebuild first.

Yes.Haitian_King wrote:Good idea Jesda. Does the car have to be running while this is done?
