Almost done building my motor!

OK i'm close to being done with my motor. All i need to finish it are my cams(crower 264) a clutch, ARP head studs, a header and exhaust. I've already got CP pistons, fidanza flywheel, sportsman rods, lieght wieght crank pulley and all my machine work donw, and everything put back together. I just need to parts listed above to be finished! But I need some help deciding what clutch to go with, cause i want one that will be good for my power goals, which are around 350hp....after turbo of course. Also, i've heard good things about the hot shot header, so i'm wondering if i should go with that for a header or what. And another big thing is my exhaust....i'm clueless on which exhaust to go with. Like i said, it will eventually be turbo, so i want nothing less than a 3'' exhaust...but what brand???? Doesn't have to be quiet, or loud....i just want a good exhaust and need opinions. ALSO....head work...would it be ok to leave everything in my head stock, and not do any machine work to it??? Cause i've heard the head is pretty good as is, but want to make sure it will be fine. And any other suggestions or opinions will be appreciated thank you...
