Would a tire repair shop have these seals? or do i need to purchase them at Nissan Dealership?

The Nissan TPMS sensors are made by Schrader Bridgeport so parts are commonly available. You don't need Nissan specific parts.

Most shops should have the service equipment and replacement seals nowadays considering TPMS sensors were made mandatory on all vehicles built since MY2008. IMHO, if the shop has no experience with TPMS systems DO NOT get your tires mounted there! They are easy to damaged if the tech is not properly trained on how to service them.

No, it doesn't.

Can I take it off from the old rim? Thanks

Yes, press the center cap from the back and it will pop out.

I showed the manager of service department at the dealership the broken wheel. He gave me $50 dollars credit for my trouble. Better than nothing.

My gf commented she notice not much road noise from the new tires. Question though. I don't see any marking on the tires indicating which side is inside or outside.

On most tires that are not stated with the outside or inside wall, the DOT: "8 Digit" will go out side.

On the Yok Avid TRZ, there is a marking next to the bead that states 'This side faces outwards'.
