The Navigation Interface module is designed to allow programming of the navigation, audio system, and phone while the vehicle is in motion. The module will also automatically process the “OK” screen automatically each time the vehicle is started.

Do you have this installed? I've been looking at that module too...

I went into the site and entered 2010, G37. The Nav/phone programmer didn't show up. It was on the page, before I entered my model car, but there it didn't state which models it was for.I was just complaining to the wife about Infiniti's decision to lock out some of the Nav functions while you are driving.

I know what you mean! I hate my G37 just for that reason. My previous car was an Audi and everything was just perfect. I did not know what I had until I did not have it anymore.

My next purchase will defenitly not be a car that locks all the useful feathures if in motion. What if the passenger wants to use them! Germans defenitly have it right!----------------------My car is 2009 and it works OK on mine. I think the unit will work on your 2010 also. Just call them and ask!

Very cool, and a decent price, but it looks like a complete pain in the a$$ to install. I'm not a big wiring guy so that installation manual looked wicked confusing.

The only hard part is pulling the console apart to get to the NAV board.

They also sell a core kit that has the part soldered on...then you return your part for a core refund. This is the one I'm planning on getting.

Totally agree with the you on the dumb decision to lock down the AV NAV....I can see the screen not being used for video, but not the other functions. It's actually more dangerous because you can sift through the HD for songs which takes longer than searching.
