To get to the point, my car is on DDrug coilovers(i know not the best but whatever) they are pretty damn low, i have them at the hight where there is a tiny bit of pressure on the spring, anyways, i took my car to the alignment place and my front specs are outa wack!!! now i got like got like 2.5deg of negative camber in the rear but thats understanable. my issue is that in the front, with the camber plates maxed i can only get -.9 and -.6 of camber in the front wheels. is there an explanation for this??

Also besides the coilovers i have SPL tc rods, and tie rods. and the max caster i got was 6.

I bought the car from an auction and it looked like it hopped a curb or something. the tied rods were bend and control arms. i got new(used) control arms, for a guy who said they were s14, is there any possibility that he gave me s13 lca? and they bolt up to a s14 and thats what messing my front camber up??

D-Drugs are decent from what I hear. If its not Megan or K-Sport you don't have to say "not the best, or whatever"

Do D-Drugs have a slotted lower bracket? That may be part of the problem if those are out all the way.

It sounds like your frame may be bent but since the cross camber and toe isnt off by a huge amount it may not be.

Post Pics, I want to see how low the D-Drug go anyway.

Are you trying to get it to be less camber or more camber???

If your car is dumped, and the most "positive" you can go is .9 & .6, that is VERY good - mine maxed positive only goes 2.5 degrees camber w/ camber bolts - I'm not even that dumped... and part of it is due to my request for +6 caster.

If your front suspension has any stock rods/etc, that may account for the .3 degrees difference.

Also, unless you took it to an alignment shop, most shops will get only .5-.25 degrees close before they say "that's the best we can do".

The car isn't exactly symmetrical - especially 17 year old ones, so getting your coilovers to line up symmetrically w/ the same camber read out w/ just camber plates isn't always possible.

It very well could just be the alignment shop. I've been to about 6 or 7 different ones, and finally found one that was relatively good for the price & distance from me...

are you sure they have it maxed inwards w/ the camber plates?

Lowering your car more than 3" makes it nearly impossible to get 1 degree camber...

there is either something you aren't telling us, or those alignment guys are complete tools...

i just searched and read that the s13 flca are shorter than the s14 ones and that they bolt right in, so im really starting to think that bas**** gave me s13 ones, my question is how much effect would that have on my camber if the s13 ones are like 10-14mm shorter?? ill take pics tomorrow of all the front suspension(sorry didnt have my camera for 2 weeks)
