ok i know i leave the meatal fittings in the same place which i think is com and no right?second do i plug the third port off or do i leave it open?Also how much can the stock bov handle im wanting to run maybe 13-14 psi max untill i can do a full tune.thnaks

Depending on if its an actuator type setup or external wastegate setup you'll be using either NO(normally open) or NC(normally closed), the com port is always used. No matter which way you have to set it up, you do nothing to the other port, DO NOT PLUG IT. Log onto Apexi-usa.com to download a copy of the manual and match up which setup you have and how it has to be plumbed.
