Dang... too many good songs. I'll just list a few. Chemical Brothers- block rockin' beats; Korn- Freak On A Leash; Nirvana- Smells Like Teen Spirit; Blur- Song 2; Foo Fighters- Everlong (girlfriend recommended this before we even got together, immediately couldn't stop listening to it, not just because of her though, then learned to play it, major points : ) ) I'm sure there's some I'm not thinking of, but there's a few.

Sheeeeeeit, how about anything before "And Justice For All"? And some of the songs on that one too.

I can't do 130+. :(

Well.. I can't do 130, but the last time I was teasing my governor at 120 I heard "not falling" by mudvayne.... that's was pretty intense.

I also like to hear "Rocket Queen" by Guns n' Roses at full speed.

I can't drag race unless the black album is in the cd player and I always play "don't tread on me" because that is a good pumping song for a burn out

Yeah, I'm also a big fan of "Shortest Straw" and when "One" kicks in...wow.

"Don't Tread On Me" is a good one from the Black Album. There are a couple others on there that are good too.

"Blitzkrieg" (Metallica cover) is good as well as the "Four Horsemen". It's too bad they became such ****s.

Other good driving tunes include Ted's "Free For All" and Herbie's "Rockit".

"Closer" from NIN and "du Hast" by Rammstein.

Both are <awesome> speeding music.

Ahh.. their last few albums lack much of the energy and drive that defined their earlier work, but they matured musically. I think Lars put it best when he said, "hey man, all that volume and speed do is cover up mistakes.... now that we don't make so many... we can focus on other things" (sorry if that wasn't the exact quote.. but it was something like that).

I like the Black album start to finish. There are a few tracks off Load (of crap) and Re-Load (of crap) that are noteworthy. "Fuel" is a decent song... too bad the NFL adopted and whored the hell out of it. "Until it sleeps" is also a great song. "Unforgiven Too" isn't THAT bad.... gotta give them some credit.

Yes, both great tunes Fred! I like "du Hast" for driving but I have a different association with "Closer".

There was this female bodybuilder in college named Monique that I, um, well, DID it with to that song. Unforgettable experience! Excuse me for a moment...

I had completely forgotten about that Rammstein tune - That was some good stuff!

I read the translated lyrics once and thought, "Boy, I'm glad they did it in German, 'cuz in English it's.... stupid."

It is SO DAMN COOL to know there are still some metalheads (under 30) running around... The new stuff just makes me laugh, it doesn't have the intensity or the fury that old Metallica/Megadeth/Ryche/Maiden etc. had....

Although someone metioned Freak on a Leash - I dig that tune.

How about Megadeth: Peace Sells, or Hangar 18?

Hell yeah! Metal will never die! The Trend is DEAD!!!!!! Try driving to Suicide Note Part 2. You'll blow your car up.

Hitman, have you listened to Black Label Society? That's some good stuff there. It's awesome.

hell yeah fred. that whole Rammstein cd is really good! although i have no idea what they are saying. i always forget about it because most my friends don't want to hear it because it's all in german. i seen those guys play at a Family Values tour a couple years ago in Indianapolis...holy crap the like to blow a lot of stuff up and catch things (like themselves) on fire a lot....AWESOME! The only thing that wasn't cool just slightly humorous was the 5 ft schiong the lead singer put on as he ummm...jizmed all over the crowd...very interesting. Is that how you guys do it over there in that part of the world? lol

I'm into Rock N Roll so it would have to be "Thunder", "Shook me all night long" by AC/DC or "La Grange" by ZZtop

I'm a big fan of "My Head's in Mississippi". Also the album "Tres Hombres" is classic, not to mention "Eliminator". ZZ Top IS a killer band. And the ladies seem to dig 'em! :thumbup
