hi,i'm looking to buy a G35 coupe with the Sports package (i like the seats). the only thing is that it comes with 19's and a summer tire. I've been doing some research and i havent seen any all seasons in 19's that will fit that particular rim.

i've also looked at buy the 17's and throwing on some winter tires but in that size, they seem to be real expensive. Any suggestions?

Michelin Pilot sports A & S. 255/35/19s up front and 275/35/19's in the rear. They AINT cheap though, but I guess you should expect that with 19"wheels. $304 for the front and $343 for the rears. I couldn't find anything else. So your other option might be to just get some dedicated winter wheels/tires. Leave the 19's on for spring, summer and fall.

The OE wheels are not wide wnough for those tires according to the manufacturer's specifications. THe 19" G35 wheels are 8" up front and 8.5" in the rear. After looking through tire'rack's sight, the Pilot Sport A/S have the closest matches. The 245/40-19 and 255/40/19 may work. They will fit fine, but one of the concerns is making sure the VDC is kept happy by keeping the front to rear tire ratios pretty close. This is one of the limitations to finding tire matches, even when deviating slightly from OE sizes. Not to mention 19" all seasons are rare enough as it is...

And who complains about living in Cali?

I strongly suggest tires designated for winter. And summer tires for Summer...in the winter you're gonna need as much grip as you can get!Trust me..G whizz

yes very true. although i'm not an owner just yet, i've planned on just getting seperate rims for winter tires. i'm not to fond about slipping and sliding with summer wheels on. although i love the slip i prefer to have just seperate wheels. yes it may be costly but like c-kwik said finding 19" tires for winter is hard.

Just get you some 350Z 17s for next to nothing, or the 03 G35 17s... Hell just go grab some some Q45/j30/I30 15s or 16s.. who cares how the car looks it just needs to get you thru the winter... You can get them cheap
