Are you parting the thing out? I need an IACV, and you can sell yours, hit me up.

FYI, it is the little doo-hickey inline on the tube that goes from the intercooler cold pipe to the intake manifold.

sounds like you mean the cold start regulator, the IACV/AAC is mounted on the side of the manifold.. the cold start air regulator is in front below the intake manifold.

I'm interested in the engine/trans combo.

Are you ok with shipping via forward air (truck freight would break the sale...)

You'd need to palatise everything...

Post the results of the compression test here...

Bryan.

Well, when I called Courtesy Nissan, I called it an "air regulator" per the FSM, and we talked about the function to be sure. For the B13 SE-R that I am ordering the part from, he told me that the Nissan Parts Master called it an IACV. I made sure that we were talking about the same thing, and he described it to a T. Also, he has owned several SR 240SXs, so he does in fact know his noodles. I thought it odd as well though...

Here's the closest forward air terminal:

YYZ Name: FORWARD AIR, INC Address: 3155 ORLANDO DRIVE MISSISSAUGA , ON L4V 1C5 Phone: 905-678-9090 Fax: 905-678-1380 FIRMS Code: Bond #: 497CW640 Examination Site? No Container Station? Yes Is that anywhere close to you?

I can arrange shipping, no problem. I'd need you to crate/palet the engine/transmission/stuff up though..

Shoot me an e-mail

bik3r (at) yahoo (dot) com

I'd need wet/dry compression ##'s before I do anything though..
