I wish I could make it man, maybe we can throw another meet in Philly or something closer to Maryland before the cold weather hits.

Mex this looks to be the last M BBQ, it's very hard to get M's together in one gathering. Will we hit the 15 M mark tomrrow? I don't know, I hope so.

And as for Philly it doesn't look good as Philly Chris closed his shop. :frown:

You shoud try to make this, you missed the last 4. I have guys trying to make this BBQ from VA.

let me know, it's not too late. Go wash the car.

This looks to be the last M BBQ/meet that I'm putting together. :frown:

This takes a lot of time & money to do. That's why no one else steps u to make them unless they can see a profit ($$$$). :bs:

You have no idea how many hours I have sat in front of my computer (lucky it's 42" screen) listing this M BBQ in 4 different forums. Checking all the forums all the time, updating the who's coming and what food they are bringing, All the PM's I sent out to reach M owners to see if they can make this BBQ, all the PM's replied with additional info and to those that are non M owners. As of now I have 23 outgoing PM's on this forum alone.

With at least 40 M's on the eastcoat I'm having problem just getting 15, hard to believe but it's true look at the list for proof.

Most M's at any past meet/show was only 3 or 4 until last year, we had 8 M's. I thanked all of the people that came down and made it happen, they then understood how hard it was and what I went thru just to get 8 M's (which is now a record).

I had guys from many states (CT, NY, NJ, PA, VA & MD) some that drove 4hrs 1-way. I made sure that they felt at home and that they ate as much as they could.

I do this because I'm a real car guy (I walk the talk).I don't do it in order to make money, infact I have already spent about $250 out of my pocket and the BBQ hasn't even started.

I bid good luck to the next person that will try to do another M BBQ/meet for free.

Thanks to all that will attend tomorrow and make this M BBQ happen. :dblthumb:

Yeah I know what you mean, I've tried to put M meets in the past or invite people with M's to other meets and nada. For these one's you set up I always seem to have bad timing and cant make it. People with G37's 35's 350'z's,370z's seem to be more out and about so I usually attend events set up by them. For some reason M owners only get together on the forums lol, o'well.

dang, I really feel bad that I can't make it. If I was home, I'd be all for a road trip. If anything is going on in September I'll definitely try my best to be there.

Just something for you guys to consider, if you don't want to put a whole lot of money into your own BBQ, sometimes the meet and greets work well. I did a few of these back in my Honda days; even went up to PA a few times. A chill Bar and Grill / eatery will always keep cost down. But i'm sure you guys are already aware of these facts, so just consider this for a future event. NOVA /MD /DC this should be cake for you guys, I remember us Hampton Roads boys use to love coming up there for GTG's back in the day.

Enjoy tomorrow and don't forget the pics..
