Ok here's the deal. I rebuilt my motor (and just so it's known i am an ex nissan technician) anyways it starts up fine and idles ok sometimes, but when i get into the throttle it chugs and acts like it almost wants to backfire. no codes are being thrown. ive checked and tested the maf sensor, O2 sensor, coolant temp sensor, egr. after the rebuild i put a new distributor, rotor, cap, plugs, and wires. The distributor was replaced cuz it lost a fight with a 350block (long story) but i didn't go oem with it. compression is very good, as well as fuel pressure. i think it is the distributor cuz occasionally the engine will miss but won't throw a missfire code. Any help is greatly appreciated. my poor car has been sitting for about 3 months now. so please help.
