And once again I have to remind all forum members that if you have a problem with another forum member, take it up with one of your moderators IN EMAIL. I can't speak for CodeRed, but I haven't received a single email about any member problems in a month or so.

and if you have problems with a moderator, take it up with an Admin... IN EMAIL.

Posts on the board are not where you are to air your dirty laundry. There is a reason that every admin and every moderator has their email address listed in their user profile. It's so you can contact us if you have a problem or a site-related question.

EV with all due respect to you and all mod's for your knowledge and all the effort and hours you put in to this forum some things are so obvious and flagrant here that members should not even need to e-mail any of the mods on these things, IMHO it should be automatically addressed by one of the mods. If any member is constantly and continuously arrogant, disrespectful and hurtful towards others that member should quickly be put in his place and if it continues a temporary & appropriate ban should be imposed, once back if it continues again a permanent ban should be automatically imposed. Being opiniated is one thing, being like clipse is a totally different scenario and situation. No decent company, organisation, club, sport organisation, university or school would tolerate such things, behaviour and disruption as it illy affects all others, this person would be asked to shape up real fast or be fired, dismissed, discharged or thrown out extremely quickly. Accepting this is in no way helping him in his education and preparing him for real life out there in the real world. It just helps him to become even more disparate, disfunctional and anti-social.

We have a backlog of tasks that's simply astounding.

Whist what you say is true, forum moderators and admin staff have lives outside of the internet so may not have a chance to actually read everything that is posted. I know on another forum I'm a member of, a mod mightn't get a chance to be online for a whole week. Plus we as members can't expect a couple of people to do what is really a difficult job with no assistance.Personally I'm actually a little alarmed that this thread was even required.
