Thought some of you might be interested in this, this is actually something I have been really thinking about doing. Opinions?

Hell yes, I would do the same. I wish that he would have atleast done a DIY. Sounds like a LOT of work but it almost seems worth it to me.

Wow, fly him down, you sound like you would go a step further than I would lol. Yeah, it certainly sounds like a real chore, but god, I just hate that orange so much. I'm also trying to figure out how exactly you do the bi-xenons on the 03's. Gimli gave me some links and then he showed me some stuff on projectors... and I saw the quad projectors... I really want these.

Thats very freaking sweet. Does anyone know what colour the actual LEDS are under the bottons? White with orange filter or actual orange LED?

This is going to sound gay, but I'd love to get it done in a nice burgandy/purple colour, to match the burgandy suede in silver coupes. Could even be a matter of using colour adjusting film/filter to get the colour you want. Offest the orange with another colour to give you something new, wouldnt even need to change the bulbs.

I think the current is orange LEDs and I know he said he used "Tokyo Blue" and for the compass/ac LCD he said he had to use some kind of gel/filter thingy... Everything else was LEDs though. As for the burgandy/purple, I personally don't think it sounds that gay since you specified that it was to match the interior. If you had said you wanted it those colors just because then I would have said that was gay. Just kidding
