All back lights PROBLEM help plz

So my tail lights, brake lights, turn signals dont work. Well the problem is if i plug them all in they stay on even if im not stepping on the brake so i drive without them because if i leave them as is they burn out and i dont want that problem. And also i dont want no ticket. I've been told by the brake pedal look for some nut to screw on thighter or looser because its too sensitive.BUMP i dont need no tickets!!

Mine did that. I thought it was a sensor but it was a plastic plug that holds the sensors button in. It hard to see but I crawaled under the dash and found a hole, than found the broken plastic piece. I just ducktaped a penny there so the sensor button gets pushed in.

Yeah i also crawled under and i tightened a bolt a bit and the lights got less bright.

replace the brake pedal sensor, its 5 bucks at auto zone. I had the same problem and that took care of it. it is a easy fix.
