All 4 windows stopped working. Help?

All 4 windows in my J30 stopped working at the same time.
The switch is still illuminated with the lights on. Checked fuses and they're are all good.
Is there a relay somewhere for the windows that could have gone bad?
Any help would be appreciated.

start on page 171 for power window section. there are procedures for testing on page 179.

Thank you for the link. I'll be reporting back after I find the problem.

I did the test according to the manual and I only have 0.4 volts coming to the switch.
Power at the fuses are 12 volts like it's supposed to be.
Is there anything between the fuse box and the switch that might be a culprit?
Where is the window regulator, before or after the switch?
