all 4 brakes locked up.

all 4 corners of my brakes on my 82 280zx are locked up. you can drive fine for a bit, then the pedal gets really hard, and all 4 corners lock up, let it sit for a couple hours, and it is fine, drive it for about 10 minutes and they lock up agan,

any idea what could be causing it? trying to figure out what is wrong before i dump a bunch of money on parts.

well I'd start by bleeding the entire system, just flush out all 4 corners till they run clear, then bleed the master and all 4 corners, in the bleeding process any problems are likely to be found, also make sure the pedal is adjusted properly and that the booster vacume line is in good shape
