All 2014 Rogues 50 State smog compliant?

Hi all, looking into buying the new Rogue. I am trying to confirm if all Rogues are 50 state compliant as I am buying it in FL and then immediately taking it to WA state. For anyone that bought it in a non CARB state was the title stamped 50 state or California Emmisions compliant?

I don't have the title, but there is a sticker under the hood that seems to indicate that it is compliant with CARB. It says California: LEV2-ULEV LTD2. Under that it says "no adjustments required" Bought the car in Tennessee. I think all Rogues are CARB compliant.
