Hi guys I have a 1980 200sx hatch with a Z20 engine that I'm modifying to road race. I'm trying to find a parts supplier, and havent had much luck.Does anyone know where to get parts?Thanks,Geep

I've found http://www.rockauto.com to be quite cheap for OEM stuff...

performance however might be tricky to find.

what kind of racing do you have planned for it anyway?

Road racing SCCA ITB maybe some autocrossing for testing and tuning.

how far beyond stock can you go? I'm dumb when it comes to the rules.

Not much... suspension, intake before MAF, exhaust, and all the safety stuff.

your best bets for exhaust would probably be to buy your muffler, cat and res seperate and have a muffler shop fab up a custom system for you.

what kind of safety stuff do you have in mind? roll cage and harnesses?

Exhaust is done: 2.5 in sidepipe, no muffler, no cat, straight pipe.

Rollcage and all that stuff is done too.

how extreme can you be with the suspension on it? better shocks and lowering springs or full on coilovers?
