alittle help with whats needed for 4 to 5 lug conversion

hi everyone. I've gone up and down the internet looking for a simple answer to my question, but everywhere i turn, i keep getting slightly different answers. So hopefully, one of you guys know enough to help me .

i have a 95 zenki. she was a beautiful buy.... but one things really bugs me about her.... she is a 4 lug. (strangely, she is an le , which i thought all le were 5 lugs, but apparently not in the early years)

I thought converting it to a 5 lug wouldnt be a hassle.But now as i search, i'm coming up with mix answers , and i think it is all just making me more confused.

lots of the threads are about s13 4 lug to swap to 5 lug. AGain, I'm an s14 with the sorry circumstance of being a 4 lug. Some people said the s13 to s14 conversion kits would work....and others are telling me it wont. And then of course everyone says its super cheap and easy conversion to make.... which of course confused me even more consisdering i found an old project car magazine that said its a nearly 5,000 to convert ( about 1500 for the rims and tires...so still 3,500 to change?)

its not all that clear to me. And it seems like i am only getting more confused by looking at a bunch of different forums and a thousand 2 cent opinions.

so again, this is a s14 4 lug to s14 5 lug conversion. so what do i need?(short term goal: i want to get rid of the nasty set up i have so i can put on a nice set of rims and tires and have the car stance the way it should be.)

price? put it this way, i rather have new then used, but 3,000 is not in my budget for just this. But i also dont want something to break while im driving either. so trying to balance it all out.

s14 5 lug hubs (front and rear)re-drill or 5 lug brake disks 5 lug wheels w/ tire.

done.
