Alignment? Suspension?

Okay please examine the pic and redline!

Driver side distance is 23.5 inches
Passenger side distance is 24.25 inches

took the wheels off and everything looks fine, no bends at all. dont see any crinkles from a previous wreck.

Let me know if this is normal or tension rod bushings??

Did some research, and this looks like my front alignment "setback" is the problem. Now how to fix setback issues
