Uhh just go get it aligned if you think that your alignment changed because of the new wheels. Shouldn't really be neccesary though. Wheels and tires don't affect alignment much at all.

I DID THE ALIGNMENT TODAY I WORK AT A SHOP BUT BEFOR I DID IT THE WHEEL WAS A LIL OFF CENTER SO I PUT IT ON THE ALIGNMENT MACHINE AND AND THEN WHEN I WAS DRIVING HOME I NOTICED THAT IT WAS OFF MORE THEN BEFOR. THE ALIGNMENT WAS DONE TODAY ILL DO IT AGAIN TOMORROW BUT THE ASE TECH SAID THAT SINCE I HAVE WIDER TIRES THEN STOCK IT THROWS OFF THE MACHINE.

Wider tires do not "throw off" the machine. He either doesn't know what he is talking about, or you misunderstood what he said. Doing alignments on your car should be done exactly the same as they were before, and you should have no issues whatsoever. You should align the car to the same specs as stock, unless you are looking to change handling characteristics.

I also don't know what you mean by "off center" when reffering to the wheel.

Also, why are you typing in all caps?

you have urself a bad tech...steering wheel is off center because toe is out of spec...and wider tires will not throw it off...

Research TIRE CONICITY which can akso cause off center steering........easy test swap tires across axle it will reverse some or just center. or get worse.

The rear toe vs front toe creates the trust angle which can offset steering.

Impossible to diagnose without seeing the entire detailed print out from the alignment machine [4 wheel alignment].

i know that the toe is out of spec but it was fine with the stock tires then when i put the wider tires on it was out. im going to redo my alignment in about 30 min. when the shop slows down. if alignment specs do change i will post them i guess.
