Anyone know where I can get a decent alignment in or around northern Mississippi?

Is NTB or Firestone shop around your area? Those are very common plcaes for an alignment.

Have had friends with tuned cars with aftermarket suspension parts that have gotten alignments at the local shops around here and they've complained that the job wasn't good or what they wanted.
