alignment for s14 with tien

So i have a s14 that is pretty much stock,except the basics, and i just got my suspension, which is a tein basic damper coilovers, and is dropped about an inch and a half to 1 3/4, i also have some 205/55/15s and was wondering for an good Alignment setting that wont eat the **** out of my tires.
