I went to les shwab the other day to have a 4 wheel alighnment done. After they performed the alighnment and took my money they said they couldnt fix the camber on the front to the specified degree range. They printed out a paper from their computer that said something like MANUFACTURER does not warrant. They said Doesnt matter where I take it no 1 including the nissan dealer will be able to fix it without an aftermarket kit. This true? they wanted me to buy one of their kits But told me the kit will help but it still wont bring it to preferred specs. What should i do oh and this is on a z32 TT

I'm not at our alignment computer at work right now but I'm pretty sure what they told you is true. Unless you had aftermarket suspension and/or camber plates to make the adjustment. In most cases on cars caster and camber usually isn't adjustable stock, now with aftermarket parts it is. The toe is the primary thing you want to worry about when aligning a vehicle in general. Anyways hope this was helpful, like I said I'm pretty sure what they told you is true.

do you have lowering springson the car? if so that ewsplains the issue, you can add camber plates or bolts as the case may be to get it back at least close to spec, if your on stock suspension that isn't totally worn out then the car has likely been wrecked, and GOOD alignment shot can likely alighn it or at least get it close,a nd when I say a good alignment shop I don not mean any place that's part of a chain or has a sign showing the brand of tires they sell, a good alignment shop that specializes in alignments, talk to body and frame shops to find out who in your area can do custom work

The toe is now in the specified degree range although my car is still pulling to the right because of the camber from what they said. Thnx for replying to the post i thought they were messing with me. So i guess i will let them install the aftermarket kit. thnx

Your welcome....could also have a tire pull/ radial pull causing the car to pull either way.
